Request Approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Before beginning an architectural change to your property (structures or landscaping), you must obtain the written approval from the ACC. This includes all external modifications, alterations, additions, and reconstruction projects. Please use the official Architectural Change Request document located on the Architectural Control Committee page.
