It attempts to provide a single source reference book that incorporates excerpts from the Declaration, the By-Laws and the rules that have been published since the formation of the Association.    Handyman List Homeowners are encouraged to share information about contractors, handymen, and home improvement firms so their neighbors may benefit. Revisions are listed with a 1-up number, the highest number being the most recent survey. If you have a more recent plat, or a plat that is missing here, please contact the GOHA secretary.
